Baba wha..? A delightful Mediterranean Eggplant Dip….loosely translated from Arabic as “spoiled father”.   Roasted Eggplant, Lemon Juice, Tahini (ground Sesame Seeds), Garlic, Parsley, Cumin, Olive Oil, Sea Salt, and Black Pepper. Great Pita Bread or Veggies.

White Chicken Chile (meaty)
